The Suwałki plant manufacturing pre-stressed concrete sleepers, a member of the Track Tec Group wholly owned by Jarosław Pawluk, begins selling to the Romanian market. The plant underwent an audit which confirmed that the products were compliant with the regulations applicable in the European Union and extra regulations imposed by
