We would like to remind you that in the case of candidates for MANAGERIAL POSTS or POSTS OF KEY IMPORTANCE for the company the stage of meeting with the prospective superior may be repeated.

During such meeting – depending on the post – an additional practical test may be carried out by means of a specific computer programme or on a specific machine.

  1. Any questions related to personal data may be sent to the following e-mail address: dane.osobowe@tracktec.eu and to the address of the registered office indicated above.
  2. The personal data provided by you in the CV which you have sent to us will be processed to the extent indicated in the labour law for the purpose of carrying out the present recruitment process based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), while other data, including contact details, will be processed based on consent granted in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which may be withdrawn at any time.
  3. If the submitted CV and the documents accompanying it contain the data referred to in Article 9(1) of the GDPR, the processing of such data will require your consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
  4. The sent CV will be accessible only to the employees of the Human Resources Department and the persons involved in the recruitment process.
  5. Your CV will be stored only until the end of the current recruitment process – no longer than for 2 weeks after the end of this process, and it will be subsequently destroyed.
  6. You have the right to:
    1. access your data and to obtain their copy;
    2. rectify (correct) your personal data;
    3. restrict the processing of personal data;
    4. have the personal data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
    5. file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you identify any instances of illegal processing of your personal data.
  7. The submission of your personal data to the extent indicated in Article 221 of the Labour Code is necessary for you to take part in the recruitment process. You may provide any other data on a voluntary basis.
  8. CVs submitted to Track Tec S.A. outside of the relevant recruitment processes will not be processed and will be deleted from e-mail inboxes.
