More than a half of all sleepers and turnouts installed in the Polish rail network were produced in the plants of Track Tec Group.
The products offered are characterized by the highest quality which is the result of many years of experience and consistent implementation of innovations. Track Tec Group has numerous approvals, certificates and references confirming the highest technical standards and its products can be used with all railway systems in Europe.
Prestressed Concrete Sleepers
We offer our Customers a guarantee that all our products meet the highest technical and technological standards. Track Tec Group’s production plants of prestressed concrete sleepers are ISO 9001 certified and are registered with the relevant railway authorities in many countries. They were also approved by major railway infrastructure operators. All our prestressed concrete sleepers meet European standards and are ISO 14001 and BH OHSAS 18001 certified.

Wooden Sleepers
The fulfillment of the strictest requirements, the consistent management as well as the extraordinary attention to detail guarantee the highest product quality. To ensure the production of the highest quality elements, Track Tec Lipa Sp. z o.o. has implemented the following systems:
Our wooden sleepers are produced in compliance with European standards in accordance with EN 13145 Railway applications – Track – Wood sleepers and bearers as well as technical specifications in the individual countries for the relevant rail operators (incl. Track Tec Group’s tension clamps meet all requirements sets by
the railways globally. Tension clamps are components of the rail
fastening system, responsible for the direct fit fixation of the rail onto the
sleeper. They provide reliable connection of the rail to the sleeper in the
required position while allowing its intentional displacement. Tension clamps
offered by Track Tec Group are manufactured in our factory in Coswig, located
in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The beginning of the plant dates back to 2008. The
takeover of the plant by Track Tec Group took place in 2015.
Tension Clamps
We ensure that the products manufactured in our factories reach the location specified by the customer at the desired time. Therefore, logistics are an important part of our activity. We organise and carry out logistics with our own resources and in cooperation with our partners. We have rolling stock for special transport of turnout blocks and are able to transport up to 9 turnouts in a single train and install them at the installation site using our own rail cranes.
We also have wagons for transporting aggregates. We organise national and international logistics by rail, road and air, and are systematically increasing the share of rail transport in line with green transport objectives.
The Certificate of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in the field of quality, environment and occupational health and safety (OHS) was awarded to Track Tec S.A. by TÜV-Rheinland. The IMS implemented at Track Tec S.A. was adjusted to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007. Production facilities in Suwałki and Goczałków were certified in relation to concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete products as well as railway fastening systems.
Track Tec Group became a certified supplier of turnouts in Brazil. Representatives of Track Tec Group received in São Paulo a relevant Certificate authorising Track Tec as one of the two official suppliers of turnouts and subassemblies in the world from São Paulo CPTM and Metro.
