The Investor Without Borders award is given to the best, domestic investors conducting expansion abroad and to active, responsible investors from outside Poland who contribute to positive changes in the economy and the labour market. Track Tec won the prestigious title thanks to the company’s spectacular acceleration of expansion in 2023, as a result of which revenues from export sales were 2.5 times higher than in the previous year and the share of exports in total revenues exceeded 50%. Further growth in sales to foreign markets is recorded in the current year. This is another accolade for the Track Tec Group, which has already received the ‘Investor without borders’ award in 2019.
The company received special thanks from the Trako International Fair for its efforts to develop and promote rail transport in Poland, as well as for its long-standing partnership and participation in the Programme Council.
The prize in the Ing. Nowkuński competition is awarded to completed linear and cubic investments, as well as new rail infrastructure projects carried out in Poland, and rolling stock that has been approved in at least one EU country and presented at Trako. The Track Tec Group was awarded for the intelligent turnout condition monitoring system in the category of technical and organisational projects and information and telematics systems in infrastructure.

At the 13th International Railway Fair TRAKO, its main media patron, Rzeczpospolita daily newspaper, for the first time granted awards for prominent companies. The jury of the competition appreciated Track Tec smart turnouts for high speed lines, designed for speeds up to 250 km/h, railway turnout logistics using own dedicated train for the turnout construction and construction of a new railroad tie production line.

The Engineer Ernest Malinowski Competition is an industry initiative valued by both Polish and foreign railway innovators. The award granted to Track Tec Group during this year’s TRAKO Fair is a confirmation that the Group has consistently been one of the most innovative companies offering comprehensive solutions for railway infrastructure.
Track Tec awarded for the most attractive stand at the 13th International Railway Fair TRAKO in Gdańsk. Track Tec Group consistently maintains its brand image, both in external and internal communication. The Creator of Construction of the Year titles are awarded to individuals and companies who stand out for their creativity and passion for creating, thus having a direct impact on the reality of the construction industry. With their actions, Creators of Construction of the Year contribute to the development of the market by coming up with trends in the construction industry, and can also be a model of ethical conduct. Among the 2019 winners of that title were Marita Szustak, CEO of Track Tec Construction as well as Track Tec Construction itself. Both the CEO and the company were appreciated for innovative solutions while taking care of the quality of services.
Track Tec was awarded in the Professor Czesław Jaworski Competition for outstanding achievements in the application of new technologies and electric traction devices. The award is given in two categories: infrastructure (including overhead traction lines and traction substations) and vehicles (including electric machinery and equipment). The Competition is organized by the Polish Association of Engineers and Technicians of Transportation (SITK RP).
During the largest business event in Central Europe – the 11th European Economic Congress – Track Tec Group received the prestigious “Investor Without Borders 2019” award. Track Tec was nominated in the “Polish investors abroad” category. The Group received the award for “intensive and effective activities carried out on the European railway infrastructure market based on products fulfilling the highest quality standards.” The fact that Track Tec solutions function successfully in more than 40 countries was also appreciated.
Track Tec Group was vested with the title of “2018 Top Employer of Eastern Poland”, following a decision made by representatives of local authorities and members of economic organizations. As a contest laureate, the company was recognized not only for its business achievements, but also for its commitment to the local community cause and its relationships with employees.
During the meeting with the members and sympathizers of the Association of Self-Government Railway Carriers organised under the motto “15 years of Polish railway in the European Union”, which coincided with the 15th anniversary of the Railway Market (Pl. Rynek Kolejowy) magazine, Railway Business Forum (RBF) and Railway Market’s awards were handed out to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Poland’s membership of the European Union. Jarosław Pawluk, PhD (Eng), the CEO of TrackTec, received the award for an outstanding personality in the railway sector.
Track Tec Group received the award of the President of the Office of Rail Transport in the Systemic Solutions category for its innovative train for railway turnout installation under the 2nd edition of the “Safety Culture in Railway Transport” initiative. The competition is meant to promote the broadly-understood safety culture in railway transport.
For many years now, Track Tec Group has been involved in the work of the Polish Association of Transport Engineers and Technicians, whose mission consists in developing technical solutions in the field of civil engineering and transport. The Group received the Engineer Ernest Malinowski Award for its contribution to the work of the Polish Association of Transport Engineers and Technicians. The Company received the award during the 9th Scientific and Technical Conference “Open Railway Market in Poland” – reliability of railway traffic management devices as the basis of railway traffic safety.
Track Tec Group was awarded under the 7th edition of “MediaKreator 2017” contest organised by the editorial team of Railway Courier (Pl. Kurier Kolejowy). The Company was honoured in the “DESIGN & Graphical Creation” category for its innovative approach to marketing communication.
Track Tec was honoured under the Engineer Józef Nowkuński Competition for its pioneering global solution which provides the infrastructure managers with an opportunity to achieve enormous savings. The award is granted to finalised line and construction investments, as well as to projects of new track infrastructure investments carried out in the territory of Poland, as well as to rolling stock approved in at least one EU country and presented on the TRAKO Fair.
During the prestigious TRAKO International Railway Fair, a solemn ceremony of granting the “Railway Market Locomotive” awards under the competition organised by the Team of TOR Economic Advisers took place. Track Tec Group received the award in the “Innovation” category.
Marita Szustak, the President of the Land Transport Economic Chamber and CEO of Track Tec CONSTRUCTION, received the title of “Woman of the Year in the Field of Infrastructure and Transport”. She was presented the award during the meeting of the Forum of Women in Infrastructure and Transport organised in the Innovation Management and Technology Transfer Centre of the Warsaw University of Technology.
Track Tec Koltram was included on “2016 Gazelles of Business” list of most dynamically developing small and medium-sized enterprises. The “Gazelle of Business” title is a hallmark of well managed, honest and financially sound companies. Its clear criteria which have remained unvarying for years contribute to its credibility – participation in the competition is free of charge, and the title is not awarded by any jury, but based on the company’s financial results from the last three years.
The publishing house of the Polish Chamber of Construction Engineers awarded the prestigious titles of “Construction Creators” for the fourth time. Track Tec was one of the laureates of this competition. The producer of solutions for transport infrastructure was appreciated for its overall achievements and for innovative logistics related to the transport of assembled turnout units.

Jarosław Pawluk, PhD (Eng), received the prestigious “The One Who Changes the Polish Industry” award. The title was awarded to the President of the Management Board and CEO of Track Tec S.A. for his services related to the establishment of an expansive industrial group thanks to his bold business concept and his ability to take advantage of favourable conditions on the infrastructural investments market.
The Track Tec S.A. received the first award in the “2014 Company of the Year” contest under the Eagles of Polish Entrepreneurship competition in the “Engineering, road and railway infrastructure” category. The Eagle of Polish Entrepreneurship Award is granted to the best companies in a given sector and is meant to distinguish those entities which may serve as a source of inspiration to others. The award is synonymous with success and provides a positive image-related potential which naturally supports the company’s efforts in the field of client acquisition.
During the 4th Railway Congress in 2014, Track Tec received a congratulatory letter and a statuette for innovative companies from the Minister of Economy. The award was granted by the committee consisting of representatives of the Railway Market (Pl. Rynek kolejowy) monthly magazine and portal, the Railway Business Forum and the invited industry experts.
This year, Track Tec received yet another award for its accomplishments in the field of rail transport. This time, it was the “2013 Symbol” award granted by the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily. The award is granted to the best and the most symbolic entities in the world of business, science and self-government, i.e. to entities whose activity constitutes the sum of experiences, wise decisions and social responsibility, as well as a long-term operational policy.
